2. Who Can Use the Site

iDareYou.in is intended for users aged 18 years and above. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone we have reason to believe is under 18.

3. Anonymity & Couple Spaces

Couple Spaces are identified by a randomly generated username and a 6-digit code. You are responsible for keeping your code secure. We cannot recover lost codes. Anyone who has your code can access your Couple Space, so share it only with your partner.

4. User-Submitted Content

You may submit content to the Anonymous Q&A, Love Wall, and other community features. By submitting content you confirm that:

• The content is your own and does not infringe any third-party rights
• The content does not contain personal information about anyone who has not consented
• The content is not defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, or illegal
• You grant iDareYou.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the content on the Site

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, with or without notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, harassing, or discriminatory
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Site to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site
• Post content that violates any applicable Indian law or regulation

6. Affiliate Links & Advertising

The Site displays Google AdSense advertisements and contains affiliate links to Amazon and other platforms. If you purchase something through an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. All affiliate relationships are clearly labelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on iDareYou.in — including dare ideas, challenge text, conversation starters, and design — is the intellectual property of iDareYou.in. You may not reproduce or republish this content without written permission. User-submitted content remains your own, subject to the licence granted in Section 4.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

iDareYou.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is accurate or complete. Relationship advice found on the Site is community-generated and not professional counselling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDareYou.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including any content posted by other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
